Arhatic Yoga Preparatory Level Meditation Session
It is constructive to practice as a group, the meditations are stronger than individual ones. By sharing experiences we can learn from each other and grow together with the group. Additionally there are Mantras by GMCKS which are only chanted in the group.
By participating in the meetings regularly we can learn about and practice the constancy of aim and effort, and much more.
